Espresso Logic has announced a new feature that enables developers to create secure RESTful APIs for stored procedures—in just minutes. Using the new functionality, developers can more quickly create mobile applications.
The new stored procedure support is touted as virtually automatic. Stored procedures are cataloged when Espresso introspects the schema. Security is overlaid on the stored procedures just as they are on tables and other REST endpoints. Support is available for SQL Server 2005 or above.
Espresso is available in the cloud or on premise.
