Sopheon and Teltech Complete Merger

Sopheon and Teltech have completed a merger to become a comprehensive provider of information and knowledge-management solutions that run on SQL Server. The company, operating under the name Sopheon, will provide solutions in such key application areas as product development, customer relationship management (CRM), research and development, and quality management. Sopheon products include a Total Knowledge Solution that offers a combination of application software, research content, and expert consulting. Teltech provides a Web-based research portal where professionals can quickly find answers to technical and business questions. “Companies can now turn to a single provider for products and services they need to get the most value from their internal and external knowledge assets,” said Andy Michuda, Teltech’s CEO
