Person A holds up any number of fingers from 1 to 6.
Person B holds up any number of finger from 1 to 6.
The die roll is (A + B) mod 6 + 1
Variations with 0 to 5 fingers also work.

sd2k01, that query totally bombed on my machine because it ends up doing 3 index scans and a very expensive Index Spool (Eager Spool)
