I have also gone through the similar tool 'Lepide Remote Admin'
Can any one tell me which is better as the tool I mentioned a completely free tool !

Great article for SQL Monitoring
In case you need to monitor sql disk space or forecast future disk space growth you can go for Lepide SQL Storage Manager also
